Teams of 2:
Partner 1 will complete 200ft. Farmers Carry (Pinch Grip with plates – 25/10). Partner 2 will complete as many rounds of the following:
10 WBS 20/14lb
10 Sit ups
Partner 2 will only stop once Partner 1 comes back, then switch, and continue where partner 2 stopped.
