Banded hip mobility
2 sets of :20 chin up grip hang
5 finger tip push ups
Warm up to DB hang clean and jerk weight and T2B or hanging knee raise practice.
Primer

Row 5/3 calories
3 T2B or Hanging Knee Raises
4 DB C&J (2 each arm)
After the Primer, rest as long as it takes to get your heart rate back down to a very comfortable place. Just don’t let yourself get cold or tight
