Kylene embodies the true spirit of a go-getter. She always gives her workouts 100%, rarely misses a night of CrossFit and frequently has questions to make sure she’s doing exactly what the coach is asking. Just look for the “lost puppy look” and a hand in the air and you’re sure to find Kylene. She’s become a staple in the evening class and is clearly passionate about her fitness.
