>SKI ERG x30 sec – increase intensity each round
>Thoracic Roll x3 each side
>Extend + Reach x3 each side
>Thoracic Bridge x3 each side

POST –
Start >Lacross Ball on Scapula for 3 minutes each side
Then >Vertical Foam Roller on Thoracic Spine with Dumbells x2 minutes = the Foam Roller should be vertical along your spine and then use DB’s to anchor your arms at a 90 degree angle.
Finish>Vertical Thoracic Extension with hands against the wall x1 minute
