“Waiting in the outfield” – Movement Skill practice positions 1-3. Play Simon Says with two of the positions

Get Ready:

1:00-2:00 Samson stretch each side

1:00 calf stretch against the wall each side

MOVEMENT PRACTICE

Conditioning

AMGMAP in 8:00

3 hinge over box or bench

10-meter walking lunges

10-meter high-knee skip back

PLAY

Game:

Coach demo and review of Movement Skill landing position for broad jump.

10-meter broad jump races with any kind of leap over object at the midpoint/turnaround.
