1:00 piriformis stretch on the floor each side

MOVEMENT PRACTICE

FOCUS:

Demo and discuss Movement Skill “Waiting in the Outfield” and keeping torso relatively upright for plate drags

PLAY

WORK-PLAY

1:00 each station, rotate even numbered groups at each station

Roped 10-meter 10#-25# plate drags (coach will need to reset at each end and pre-stage one rope/plate setup for each child)

Grasshoppers

Blocked squats

Super slow air squats
