SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:
1. Snatch Push Press
2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip

COMPLEX:
1 squat snatch
2 snatch balanced
3 overhead squats
4 snatch grip deadlifts
Go up in weight every round until you can’t complete 10 reps unbroken
