40 In Unison Burpees

Then

40 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs

30 Push Press 95/65lbs

40 Sit Ups 35/26lbs

30 Front Squats 95/65lbs

Then

40 Tire Flips

Each athlete starts at a different station and completes the work at that station. Athletes may not advance to the next station until everyone has completed their work. Each athlete will complete all 4 movements.
