Buy In: 200m x 8 sprint relay w/ med ball

20 Push Ups
40 Pull Ups or Ring Rows
60 Sit Ups
80 Air Squats
100 Double Unders (200 Single Unders)
Cash Out: 400m run w/ med ball. Each teammate will carry a ball.
(You may stop, rest, and put the ball down. However, 10 Burpee penalty on the spot for being a terrible human and “dropping the ball”.)
