2 – 200m run
3 – Assign 30 WBS
4 – give 20 pull ups, do 20 pull ups
5 – 15 sit ups
6 – 16 thrusters 45/25lbs
7 – 17 HSPU
8 – Choose a m8 to work out with you. Every time you do reps they do reps and vice versa.
9 – 19 synchronized air squats
10 – Pick Your Category: Barbell (OHS), Kettlebell (KBS), Medball (cleans), Weightless (T2B)
Jack – guys do 10 burpees
Queen – girls do 10 burpees
King – Write down a random exercise and number 1-10. Last king pulled has to do all three workouts.
