Bottom of the squat Dance Party
3x
Move for 1 minute, rest 30 seconds
With music playing child/children are asked to go to a relaxed, disengaged bottom of the squat position
and create their own dance from that position.
Then:
1 m wounded eagle
1 m child’s pose
1 m wounded eagle
Practice
Side shuffle with focus on not crossing feet and using only true lateral movement without twisting hips
in any direction

Run 50 meters back
Backwards run 50 m
High knee skipping 50 m
Play
For 8 Minutes:
10 broad jumps
10 blocked squats
10 floppies
Pull 15 meters of rope or hose, from a solid squat stance using hand over hand pulling
(Approximate total of 15m, may mean 3x 5meter rope or hose) add pic
Side shuffle 25m
Game
3-5x
Hold Plank position for 30 seconds-1 minute and then hop up to kick a ball to any 1 meter x 1 meter
