Play thruster ball – Slow careful thruster focusing on form and upward path of ball thrown to a partner 3-5 meters away in a high arc using soft dodgeballs (eg, Gator Skin brand)

Pair kids up and play burpee ball – Players alternate doing a good burpee and throwing/catching a dodgeball. Player A throws dodgeball to Player B. Player A completes one full burpee. Player B rests and throws the ball to A only after the latter is fully standing. Then B does one full burpee while player A rests and holds the ball throwing back to B only once the latter is fully standing.
