Box of Rocks Races w/3 goblet squat buy-in holding gift-wrapped boxes filled with rocks that are safely packed
FOCUS:
Box squat – Kid President describes and demos box squat
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
1:00 – Olympic wall squat

CONDITIONING:
1:00 – broad jumps
1:00 – walking lunges
2:00 – box squats (facing and touching as in above drill)
1:00 – walking lunges
1:00 – broad jumps

GAME:
Tic Tac Toe w/AbMats and Santa hats – On “Go!” first kid on each team grabs an implement (marker) and sprints to the tic tac toe grid, places the marker in an open square, and sprints back to tag the next player’s hand. That player picks up a marker and repeats the process. If all markers have been placed without a winner (three in a row), then players continue to sprint to the grid and move their team’s markers until three are lined up in a row.
