Clean Lift Off 3×3
Add a light weight to the bar, moving the bar from the ground to the knee caps. Rise with shoulders first and pull knees back. Pause at knees for 2-3 seconds per rep.
Weightlifting

Clean high pulls 3×2
Load light to moderate weight. Clean pulls should finish chest height. Focus on maintaining straight arms until contact with hips. Pull the bar up and towards the chest. Drop and reset each rep.

Power position squat clean 3×2
No hamstring load. Pop the bar off the upper quad, no higher than the belly button and pull into a squat.
