60 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55lbs (ring support)

60 Box Jumps 24″/20″ (calories)

60 Push Presses 75/55lbs (hang)

60 Burpees (Wall sit)

Weight you can do 15 unbroken reps

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 2

AMRAP 5:

Max sit ups + plank hold

*One partner doing sit ups at a time while the other partner holds a plank. Score is max sit ups in 5min.
