Every time you hear THUNDER, do 1 burpee
3×2 @ 90% + 5lbs
Back Squat (4×2)
4×2 @ 90% + 5lbs
The goal is to make it all the way through the entire song by going to the bottom of a squat when they say “Sally Down.” You will hold that position until they say “Sally Up.”
Whatever you want on the Barbell or air squats
Total time completed is your score. Highest score wins today!
