400m Buy-In, into AMRAP:

12 Bench Press 95/65lbs

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20″

400m Buy-In, into AMRAP:

9 Bench Press 135/95lbs

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20″

400m Buy-In, into AMRAP:

6 Bench Press 155/105lbs

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20″

2-3 minute run

Bench should start in the 25-30 rep unbroken when fresh range. men add 10-20lbs each round, women 5-10lbs.
